Upper West Side (80s) / New Moms Support Group (0 - 5 months)
- Meet other New York City moms in your neighborhood
- Have a playdate with your little one each week
- Find out about classes, excursions, and things to do as a new mom!
Each week, you will come together with a small, supportive group of women to share experiences, ask questions and humorously and compassionately approach motherhood! Your group is led by Karen Greenbarg, fellow UWS mom and social worker.
- When: Six Monday in July / August (see below for dates)
- Where: Hands On! 529 Columbus Avenue (between 85th & 86th)
- Cost: $175. Fee includes six weeks of support. Includes 1 complimentary music class provided by Hands On!

Becoming a new mom was the most exhilarating, exhausting, and intense journey I'd ever experienced. What I found I needed most was a sense of community, which is what this group offers. The New Mom's Support Group for babies is a fun and easy way to bond with other moms. The focus is really on the mom, which is so unique in the vast universe of mommy and me classes in NYC. Renee is an excellent facilitator, creating a comfortable, supportive atmosphere in which we were able to gain each other's perspectives and share in the wonderful world of new motherhood.
